Axe Music X Martin Garrix
’Burn out’
Launched Axe Music with a suitable Martin Garrix-sized bang.
All we had to do was come up with a concept that fit with Axe’s irreverent tone of voice and was rooted in Axe Music’s message: ‘Music moves you. Axe Music moves you closer.’ So naturally, we went for the classic ‘meet cute’ laundromat setting with a not-so-classic trippy twist for ‘Burn Out’.
The 360 campaign launched the full music video via YT premiere with cut-downs across social channels, a dedicated micro-site, Spotify playlist and limited edition Axe body spray sold out in days.
Bonus: it won an Epica and Webby which was nice.
